Right from the start this image was a pretty fascinating one, as it so clearly portrays the ‘’bare skeleton’’ of an area in the Brede valley. The art work has been printed onto black Perspex which works to highlight the intricate structure of the two ash trees, and the rambling course of the barbed wire fence. It is a strong but delicate piece, and has a wonderful balance to the colours.
